Moberg Electric can rewind your motor instead of purchasing a new one. Generally, this is done when the windings of the motor are burnt. What does rewind mean? Rewinding a motor consists of a complete replacement of the internal wires. A rewound motor can be better than a new one as we use an inverter wire which has a higher quality varnish.
You may consider rewinding if your current motor is obsolete and you cannot make adjustments for a new type, or you need to have the motor fixed sooner than you can get one from the factory. However, we have to assess the condition and efficiency of the motor. We can assist you with that decision to determine what process is more economical.
